The challenge
Fleet tents are opened and closed by people who have never used a rooftop tent before. Every minute spent explaining set-up or repairing a stuck strut is lost hire time, and mixed models across the fleet make spare-parts stock expensive.
What we built
The program standardises on one slim aluminum wedge hard shell with gas struts, one 270° freestanding awning per vehicle and one cross-bar specification. Mattress covers are removable and washable, and lids carry a short instruction label with the opening sequence.
Result
One spare-parts kit covers every vehicle and staff follow a single inspection checklist at each return.
